FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most of the items we have available are personalised, some can be made straight away and will be shipped within a day or two of placing the order. Other items, particularly wooden items will have to be cut, sanded, planed, stained, and oiled or varnished which can take a few days to complete but we promise to work as fast as we can while maintaining our high standards.

Pet feeding stations are proving popular.

Please note they are all made by hand to order, there is a 1-2 week lead time for these items.

Please also note at busier times like Mother's Day and Christmas the volume of orders coming in may extend the processing times by a few days.

How much are the postage costs?

We've chosen not to go down the gimmicky route of offering free postage on all items but hide the postage costs in the product like some similar companies do. Everyone knows there's no such thing as free postage, however we will cover the  postage costs on any orders over £40

The majority of items are posted via Royal mail, Larger heavier items will be sent DPD.

PLEASE NOTE THE 1-3 DAYS SHIPPING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

Do you accept returns?

For personalised items we don’t accept returns, if there is an issue with your order please get in touch and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Items that aren’t personalised we will be happy to take back and issue a refund for the cost of the item. The buyer is responsible for any postage costs.

Item costs

We constantly monitor our prices along with our competitor prices to offer you the best deal possible that's fair to you, us and the market. Bare in mind, no one wins in the race to the bottom.

We are a small family run business, every customer and every sale is important to us, we do our best to make a good first impression so you'll come back to us. We are happy to discuss costs and overheads involved in every item if you feel the item you've bought wasn't value for money.

It might surprise you how little we profit on each item after costs. Some of our biggest costs are actually getting you to our site in the first place. Facebook and Google advertising make up around 25% of each sale. There's a reason Facebook is free to use yet the Zuck is a billionaire (you are the product he sells to us). The tax man also likes to help himself to our hard work too, (there's almost half your cost already) that's before we've even taken into account material costs, consumables such as £1000 laser tubes every 2-3 years (we currently have 3 lasers), eye watering electricity bills, ridiculous timber costs, wood stains, varnishes just to name a few. So please just bare this in mind  when you compare our quality hand made products to cheap tat you can get on Ebay from China.
